The Client
Our client is a specialist global industrial property group that operates in over 14 countries and is listed in the ASX. We are currently actively recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their People and Culture team on a long term contract with a strong likelihood of going permanent.
The Role
As a successful HR Adminsitrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Drafting and preparing employee contracts, position descriptions and updating remuneration reviews
* Managing training workshops and employee transfers - scheduling and arranging room bookings, catering and flights etc.
* Preparing presentations, information packs for onboarding and inductions
* Maintaining the backgorund check register, ensuring compliance requirements are adhered to
* Maintaining the employee intranet + database systems including Yardi, Docusign, SAP and Microsoft Office
* Location: Alexandria
* Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (WFH Flexibile)
* Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 + superannuation
You
As a successful HR Adminsitartor, you will offer:
* 3+ years' of experience in a HR administrative/support role
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comprehensive knowledge in using Microsoft Office including Excel
