Council’s People Branch is recruiting for the position of Senior Human Resources & Training Officer – R2546
About the Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for providing advice, education, and support to management and staff on a range of Human Resources-related matters.
You will also play a key role in coordinating organisational HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and corporate training.
What you will bring
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:
* Tertiary qualifications (diploma or degree) in a relevant discipline such as Human Resource Management with some experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, or have significant experience in these fields.
* Demonstrated ability and experience to develop, deliver and evaluate training programs
* Demonstrated working knowledge and experience in the use of a HR System and Microsoft Office software applications
Salary and Conditions
The position is classified within Band 6 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $90,876.24 to $98,943.00 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
