**What’s the role?**
The role of the Client Success Manager is to build, maintain, and deepen relationships with existing and potential clients by providing them with a rewarding and exception experience in all their interactions with Visual Domain. This role is pivotal in ensuring we are our clients Partner in Production.
The Client Success Manager will provide a highly personalised experience to our top tier high value brands and clients, through in-depth knowledge of the Visual Domain product suite and solution focused relationship skills. This role will work closely with Producers to build client growth and consolidate client retention.
Day to day, the Client Success Manager is the lead point of contact for all enquiries, servicing all facets of the relationship, from onboarding to delivery of projects, proactive communication, and meetings. Through understanding their client’s needs, the Client Success Manager will assist the wider sales team to develop new business from existing clients and achieve sales targets.

**Who are you?**
Responsibilities include:
+ Developing strong relationships with clients
+ Providing client nurturing through the sales process
+ Successful client onboarding
+ Identify upsell and client growth opportunities from existing and potential clients
+ Proactively pitch video solutions from Visual Domain product suite
+ Assist with general sales admin duties
KPI’s
+ Meet Team and individual Sales Targets for existing clients on a quarterly & annual
+ basis.
+ Client growth and retention based on quarterly and monthly targets.
+ Quotations completed accurately, resulting in profitable projects each month.
+ Ensure excellent client experience during sales process.
+ Effectively manage client communications and ensure correct data is collated.
+ Build and deliver strategic account management plan for allocated client portfolio
