This role ensures our training plan aligns with our service delivery model and customer needs, optimizing technical skills and customer engagement competencies to deliver world-class service. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with modality and field services leaders to identify training needs within the services business. Coordinate local training events using local trainers who utilize materials from the global team. Manage the attendance of engineers at international training centres. Ensure service readiness during the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. Support the delivery of customer-specific training products. Coordinate customer engagement and business skill training to broaden the skill set of the GE team. Additional Responsibilities: Prioritize, submit, and manage all national and international Field Engineer (FE) training requests. Collaborate with AKA and International training teams to align regional training activities. Develop and maintain an ANZ Engineer competency matrix framework. Develop and maintain individual ANZ Engineer training plans. Coordinate contractor training and competency requirements. Coordinate and make bookings for locally delivered training. Develop technical training and EHS training dashboards and reports. Maintain TRACE (online technical competency tool) and GE Learning (training register). Publish and maintain the internal and external ANZ Training Calendar. Use customer feedback surveys to identify technical training improvement opportunities. Support the implementation and roll-out of field-based tools through training coordination. Customer Technical Training Program: Review customer entitlement data regarding extended warranties and service contracts. Coordinate all aspects of customer technical training. Monitor customer training courses for continuous improvement. Support the Service Sales team in including customer technical training in service contracts. Manage standalone sales of customer technical training. Develop the customer technical training schedule. Support tender submissions with equipment tender information related to customer technical training. Quality Specific Goals: Drive continuous improvement on all related training processes. Comply with GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, and applicable laws and regulations. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns. Understand and operate within Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies. Understand and operate within Environmental Health Policies. Qualifications & Experience: Proven work experience in event coordination, training coordination & planning, or similar roles. Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools. Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization. Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues into simple messages. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and execute priorities to meet objectives.
