What you’ll be doing
We are looking for enthusiastic and service-focused individuals with the ability to support in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
As a Rental Service Agent (RSA), you will be supporting our branches within the Western Plain region, acting as the first point of contact for our customers offering stress-free end-to-end solutions for their rental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Having conversations with customers face to face and over the phone to understand their needs and offer great end-to-end solutions;
* Providing customers with detailed information regarding their rental agreement, insurance, guidelines, and procedures;
* Using multiple computer systems, cash handling, balancing, and performing administrative activities;
* Managing vehicle quality assurance inspections, including vehicle operational checks, reporting damages or issues, and vehicle detailing;
* Working with a team to achieve daily goals and business objectives;
* Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
What we’re looking for
You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers and fellow team members. You will have previous experience in leading customer service team members and a history of being able to resolve customer queries quickly and accurately, offering products and services to ensure they have a stress-free car rental experience.
You’re also:
* A proactive problem solver, with strong attention to detail;
* Tech-savvy and can work effortlessly across multiple IT platforms and tasks simultaneously;
* Rotating hours between 8:30 am - 8:30 pm Monday to Friday and from 8:30 am - 1:30 pm Saturday and Sunday;
* From time to time, travel may be required to assist surrounding branches.
