The Position
1. Managing accommodation/ flight bookings
2. Answering incoming calls & emails
3. Greeting guests at reception
4. Providing service in the small retail area
5. General office/ admin duties
6. Occasional housekeeping may be required
7. Answering customer queries
The Person
8. Previous experience in administration with a Cert III or IV in business admin
9. Experience using an accommodation booking system within a busy hospitality / tourism environment
10. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & teams
11. A team player who is professional & friendly
12. Excellent organisational and time management skills
13. Exceptional communication skills
14. Excellent Customer service skills
15. Ability to work unsupervised
16. Current Police Check
17. Driver Licence
