We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Cook who is committed to exceeding our customers' expectations whilst leading a professional and hardworking team. The eligible candidates will be performing the following duties:
: Prepare all dishes to our high standard consistently.
: Controlling and directing food preparation process and any other kitchen related duties.
: Monitor and record of inventory and if necessary, order supplies.
: Ensure OH&S and food hygiene requirements are met.
: Work unsupervised and in a team while maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
: Assist in overseeing kitchen operations, ordering and stock control.
To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:
: Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service.
: Qualifications in commercial cookery- Cert IV or higher .
: Flexible availability.
: Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
: Effective communication skills.
: Overall knowledge of operations, ordering, stock control and working to budgets.
