We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a NSW Government department in Wollongong on a short-term 4 week contract with an immediate start!
About the Role
1. Provide a range of secretariat and administrative services, including coordinating meetings, preparing minutes/papers/briefings and managing workflow, travel and meeting management.
2. Communicate with all relevant stakeholders to resolve enquiries and ensure the provision of accurate information, timely and effective resolution of matters.
3. Utilise intermediate computer skills across various operating systems.
4. A strong understanding of confidential information handling, adhering to organizational and legal standards.
Skills & Experience
1. 2-5 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally with governance or board minute-taking experience.
2. Ability to manage competing tasks with high attention to detail and meet deadlines.
3. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
4. Intermediate computer skills.
