In this role, you will ensure the stability, security, and compliance of our network and server infrastructure across the APAC region. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for high-level technical support, managing vulnerabilities, system monitoring, and overseeing hardware and licensing, while focusing on proactive IT solutions to support business growth and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and ensure the stability, compliance, and vulnerability management of network and server infrastructure.Work with Microsoft Azure and AWS Hybrid (multi-tenant) environments.Handle systems, servers, and storage costing and prediction.Ensure backup procedures are in place and comply with organizational requirements, along with hardware and licensing management.Provide project status reporting and planning while ensuring smooth monitoring of network and server infrastructure.Proactively monitor and address issues with network/server infrastructure, ensuring prompt resolution.Qualifications & Skills:Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent (preferred, but not mandatory).Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a systems administration or similar role.Technical Expertise:Microsoft Azure FundamentalsMicrosoft 365 FundamentalsAtlassian JIRA/Confluence or equivalentITIL processes and proceduresGeneral networking expertise (certification is highly regarded)Microsoft Intune (highly regarded)Familiarity with monitoring tools and documentation practices (ticketing, process)Strong problem-solving and customer service skillsValid driver’s license is required.Preferred Skills & Competencies:Firewall experienceVMWare Horizon/Remote Desktop Services or equivalentExposure to scriptingExperience with Microsoft 365/Azure/AWSMail Security - Checkpoint Harmony & MimecastUbiquiti/Unifi – SSH and web console experienceCisco MerakiBackup solutions (Veeam, Cohesity)WiresharkWhy Us?At Ausco Modular, we recognize there is so much more to our people than work, which is why we have programs in place, including flexible working arrangements, to support you in realizing your full potential.
