Thredbo Alpine Hotel are seeking experienced Baristas and Bartenders with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join the team for Winter 2025. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple venues, both on mountain and off mountain, to make the guest experience memorable.
Please note that our Fine & Casual Dining and Cashier positions have already been filled. Therefore, we kindly request that only those with at least 3 years of experience as a Barista or Bartender apply.

About the role
* Jump into any food & beverage outlet and help the team all over the mountain to make the guest experiences memorable
* Ensure all cash handling and transactions are correctly processed with no discrepancies
* Demonstrate strong skills in customer services and your chosen area of hospitality service, be it behind the bar, at the coffee machine, back of house, or on the floor
* Ability to maintain high safety and health standards
About You
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista or Bartender
* Possess or be able to obtain a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (or relevant interstate equivalent if eligible)
* Basic food prep or back of house experience is desirable
* Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and can handle pressure with professionalism
