This busy generalist role will see you providing people support to our HR Business Partners and to our staff. There are a host of responsibilities which make the position both interesting and rewarding, including supporting employee relations advice, manager support, onboarding, employee wellbeing, and more. You'll also have the opportunity to support Human Resource strategies and undertake projects that keep Stantec's workforce engaged and motivated.As a strong team player, you will have the ability and confidence to engage with managers and employees to help them achieve business outcomes. Ideally, you will have experience and the ability to work with remote teams within a matrix structure. Your ability to liaise with, support, and maintain positive relations with internal clients is essential, plus the organisational skills to prioritise and manage your own workload based on business needs.
