Junior Project Coordinator
We have an opportunity for an experienced Program/Project Support Officer to support a multi-year Defence program to deliver an enterprise Health Knowledge Management System. This capability will enable better clinical decision making for the ADF.
“A day in life' will see you:
* Responsible for administrative activities such as; maintaining project registers, assist with collation of project reports
* Managed project inbox and maintain calendar, booking project meetings and assist with events
* Prepare meeting minutes
* Assist with document formatting and submissions
* Assist with maintenance templates, review procedures and registers within SharePoint
* Process on and offboarding of project staff
* Provie support for office management and events.
Qualifications
About You and What You Will Bring
You have experience in a administrative role, ideally within the federal government or defence sector. As you will be managing project data, a high attention to detail and accuracy is essential. You will demonstrate a can-do attitude with the ability to develop new skills and take on new responsibilities. The following experience would be valued, but not essential:
* Experience in project administration or coordination.
* Experience in IT/Defence is preferred.
* Experience and knowledge with computer software packages including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
Due to the nature of the work this role will require applicants to be Australian Citizens with a Baseline clearance and ability to obtain NV1.
