The Company:
A residential builder in the 1st & 2nd home builder space who is challenging the status quo, are seeking to add an experienced Scheduler/Estimator to their pre-construction team, due to planned growth.

The Role:
Reporting to the Construction Manager & General Manager you will have responsibility for providing accurate pricing and compiling purchase orders for Suppliers and Sub Contractors, communication and assistance to the management team, sales representative, office team, construction supervisors, and preparing detailed documentation to assist at point of sale and through administration.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1. 3+ years experience working as a Scheduler/Estimator for a residential home builder
2. Understanding of different construction methods
3. A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
4. Excellent numerical and communication skills
