The team is tasked with assessing, ensuring compliance, and providing payment support for grants, rebates, and vouchers for Service NSW.
The Role In this role, you will support customers with a variety of complex issues, gather and determine outcomes, and communicate these outcomes to the customers as well as.
Undertake assessments on referred matters to make accountable determinations that ensure appropriate client/customer outcomes.
Apply relevant knowledge, legislation, regulations, and procedures in decision-making processes.
Provide timely and accurate information and advice to customers regarding determination outcomes to enhance their experience.
Deliver administrative services, including responding to enquiries and processing applications efficiently and accurately.
Complete a range of processing activities to support high-quality customer service outcomes.
Support customers with complex issues, assess and determine outcomes, and communicate results effectively.
Assist the team leader with daily team management functions and resource coordination.
Act as a subject matter expert, supporting assessors and the team leader in complex decision-making.
Provide coaching and training for assessors to enhance team performance.
About You Self-motivated who can work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in customer service, either face-to-face or over the telephone Experience in grants, rebates and vouchers administration is preferable, but not necessary Experience in supporting and/ or leading a team is preferable, but not necessary Experience using Salesforce and Genesys is preferable, but not necessary Sound Like you?
