Due to internal progression, we are seeking a vibrant, passionate professional Assistant Venue Manager to join the team at Salisbury Hotel to assist in the daily operations alongside our Venue Manager. This role is suited to a manager who would like to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate must have proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue and exceptional customer service and presentation skills.

Essential requirements:
6. Two years minimum experience in an Assistant Venue Manager role
7. Strong experience working in a gaming venue
8. Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
9. Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
10. Ability to stock take and investigate stock-loss
11. Order and maintain par levels within the beverage department, food department and venue consumables
12. Train, performance manage, and motivate staff
13. RLMV & Approved Managers License
