Reporting to the Specialty Gases Operations Manager, this position will be the primary point of contact for customer and internal queries to the Specialty Gases Department. This includes ensuring timely response, stock control, reporting, processing invoices and managing day to day general administrative tasks.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
* Manage enquiries and coordinate quotations for custom gas mixtures and non-standard gas requests
* Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing for dispatched goods
* To coordinate the creation of quotations for overseas sourced products as well as establishing new supply chains when relevant.
* Manage good despatched from the Speciality Gases Department to the regions in the Pacific
* Ensure stock availability and track orders to guarantee timely supply
* Work closely with external suppliers to coordinate availability and retesting of materials
* Oversee stock control, including raw materials and cylinder management, to meet production needs
Are you a MATCH?
* Previous experience in industrial gas, laboratory technician roles, customer service, supply chain, or a similar role
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
* Proficiency in stock control and inventory management systems
* Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance within a logistics/transport environment
