What Will Your Day Look Like? You'll be part of a dynamic project delivery team, where you'll: Lead and/or support streams of work, identify and diagnose client problems, and co-design innovative solutions. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to drive data-informed decisions. Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Leverage Deloitte's global network and cutting-edge methodologies, including Design Thinking, Data Analytics, and Project and Program Delivery. Build strong client relationships to ensure timely and impactful project delivery. Coach and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their consulting capabilities. Contribute to thought leadership, practice development, and market initiatives. About You You're a motivated practitioner with a passion for operations, advisory, transformation, or program management. Your ability to deliver exceptional results independently and as part of a team makes you a trusted advisor to clients. Key Requirements Experience delivering projects in a client-facing or advisory role, in-house or in a consulting environment. Proven expertise in digital system implementations, process improvements, risk analysis, and operational transformation. A track record of hypothesis-driven problem-solving and delivering exceptional outcomes in high-pressure environments. Effective communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly at both executive and working levels. Ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships with senior stakeholders. Experience in heavy asset industries (e.g., mining, power & utilities, transport) is highly desirable. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
