Guest Services Agent/Night Audit - Casual Ramada by Wyndham Canberra manages two hotels in Canberra as part of the Global Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand.
We are currently seeking a casual employee to join our dynamic and innovative team as part of our Guest Services team.
We are seeking someone who is:
Committed to providing high quality customer service with a willingness to go above and beyond. Experienced in service and anticipating the needs of customers. Attentive to finer details and accurate reporting. Well-presented and cheerful, with a can-do attitude. Confident in recognising and reporting upon opportunities for improvements to process and operations. Able to work independently and within a team. Available to work over a 7-day roster. Willing to work on a varied roster (Day shifts and Night shifts). Having your own transportation. Experience with Microsoft suite and PMS systems. Other hotel experience (In Housekeeping / Kitchen / Food & Beverage etc.) Training is available for the best candidate. Hospitality / Tourism students keen to get into the industry are also encouraged to apply.
