About the Role We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic National Business Manager that GETS it! This is an exciting opportunity to join our journey in a high-growth environment (CAGR of +100% YOY 5-years in a row!) You'll be in the thick of it with the team, helping to drive sales, distribution and market share growth and managing the expectations of our national grocery retailers (namely, Woolworths, Coles, Big W, Metcash and Baby Bunting).
You'll nurture genuine partnerships with your key stakeholders to implement joint business and marketing plans and drive priorities with these national retailers. With a strategic lens, you'll drive Bunjie growth through effectively managing each retailer relationship, conducting category analysis, NPD/EPD category range reviews, execute promotional initiatives, customer forecasts and be responsible for the delivery of each retailer's sales budget.
Surrounded by a passionate and knowledgeable team, you'll also:
Meet regularly with national accounts to share sales performance and promotional activity, providing an informative business update using data sets, category insights and product/catalogue recommendations. Conduct business and range reviews with each national account and/or buying group. Operate internal sales WIPs to report on each customer's sales performance, insights, and operational needs. Negotiate, implement, and monitor trading terms with each key national retailer. Forecasting for each retailer at a product/unit/baseline/promotional level, including building off-locations, stock weight suggestions and customer level P&L's with promotional effectiveness ROI's. Collaborate with our 3rd party merchandise field force to execute your sales plans and drive best-in-class off-location activities across the national network of grocers. About You We're looking for an energetic sales professional with strong experience in the grocery channel. We need a bright star – a true relationship builder with strong account management capability, who can influence outcomes and drive sales performance. Ideally you will have lived in an entrepreneurial and high growth business before, bringing commercial savviness and solid sales management experience, with demonstrated success in maximising sales growth and market share.
