Admin / Secretarial / Office Support Personal Assistant Sydney Permanent / Full Time Role Overview
You will play a key role in our global operations team as a PA, contributing to a dynamic, diverse, and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, handling calls, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements.
* Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and communications, liaising directly with clients as needed.
* Assist in preparing invoices and coordinating with other business support teams.
* Organize new matters and manage conflict clearance processes.
* Prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of efficiency.
Skill Requirements
* Previous experience in a law firm is a plus but not required.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
* Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
* Professional telephone manner and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work evenings/weekends on occasion.
