Home and Land Administrator

This is a fast-paced role located in our stylish Robina Head Office, supporting our QLD Sales team in the coordination, administration, and delivery of House and Land Packages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop brand packages ensuring accuracy with site costs, and update internal and external websites.
* Maintain a stock database by sourcing land, tracking sales, and entering new home designs.
* Complete contract administration and ensure all files are maintained to a high standard.
* Undertake daily reports and maintenance of stock lists.

Requirements:
* Experience in Land or Home sales, Real Estate, building, or similar industry experience.
* Administration and customer service experience.
* Meticulous nature with excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
* Able to manage high volumes of work and requests, working autonomously and taking initiative.
* Proactive and positive attitude.
