Job Type: Full timeSalary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year + Super + Car + BonusOur client is a well-established player in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, known for its market leadership and cutting-edge work in radiopharmacy, PET imaging, and theranostics.With an impressive global presence, they specialize in compounding and dispensing advanced imaging and therapy agents for radiopharmacies, oncology, and medical imaging centers.The business continues to grow rapidly, and there are exciting upcoming projects that offer strong opportunities for territory expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership: Lead and manage sales activities for radio-pharmacy and theranostic products across VIC/SA/TAS, with a focus on expanding market share and promoting key product lines.Product Promotion: Drive sales initiatives for PET/Theranostics products, radiopharmacy services, and related equipment, including PET/Theranostics Injection Systems and 68Ge/68Ga generators.Strategic Market Growth: Work closely with internal teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, driving new revenue streams and expanding service offerings in your territory.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and C-suite executives, ensuring effective communication and long-term partnerships.Nuclear Medicine Technologist: Minimum 2 years’+ experience in clinical Nuclear Medicine – a nuclear medicine background is essential for this role.Experience in PET/Theranostics: Knowledge of radiolabeling and theranostics is highly preferred.Sales and Commercial Acumen: A proven track record in driving sales, managing budgets, and executing strategic initiatives in a commercial environment - not essential for this role if you come from a nuclear medicine background.Excellent Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.Self-Starter: Highly motivated, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Travel: Willingness to travel across your designated territories (VIC/SA/TAS), with the majority of your time spent in Melbourne, and occasional visits to South Australia and Tasmania.Why This Role?Business Growth: As a sales leader in this role, you’ll be positioned to grow your territory significantly with upcoming projects on the horizon.Mentorship: You’ll be supported by experienced managers, including a National Sales Manager who has successfully grown within the business from a sales representative to senior leadership.Work-Life Balance: Enjoy excellent flexibility with a field-based role and the opportunity to manage your schedule effectively.Strong Reputation: Join a well-known, reputable business that holds a dominant market share in its field.Training and Development: Commercial training will be provided for those transitioning from a technical role to sales, ensuring you have the tools to succeed.If you are a qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist with a passion for sales and business development, this is your chance to make an impact in a leading and innovative company.
