The Opportunity
Delaware North Australia are now looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Development Executive to enhance our customer engagement efforts at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. Reporting to the Executive Manager Gaming, this role focuses on growing our domestic VIP customer base and increasing visitation to our fantastic property. With roles based remotely in both Sydney & Melbourne, we are looking for self-starters who love to take the initiative.
What you will do?
Develop and implement marketing initiatives and conduct telemarketing to boost visitation from existing and potential domestic VIP patronsCollaborate with the marketing team to optimise the calendar of events and functions through engaging personal contact and direct mail offersSupport the Lucky North loyalty program with introducing new patrons as well as promoting tier movement with existing patronsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customersUtilise customer satisfaction and sales metrics to review and adjust strategies that drive customer growthEnsure customer development practices adhere and comply with company policies and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
More about you
Demonstrated casino marketing or sales experience desirableKnowledge of the casino market and relevant gaming compliance and legislationExperience in customer relationship management, preferably in the hospitality industry, ideally in an executive host functionExperience within an integrated resort environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills
