Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Grade 3 Occupational Therapist (Acute and Sub-Acute) to join our team at Bass Coast Health.Our team provides acute, sub-acute, community, and aged care services across multiple sites, working closely with nursing, medical, and allied health colleagues to deliver holistic, patient-centred care.The Grade 3 Occupational Therapist may work across areas such as acute wards, orthopaedics, sub-acute, and community settings.They will provide leadership, education, evidence-based assessments, and interventions, and may also participate in weekend and public holiday services.Requirements Requirements Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Master of Occupational Therapy or recognised equivalent Current and unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Victorian Driver's licence A valid Police Check Working with Children's Check NDIS Workers Check Flu Vaccination Desirable Demonstrated knowledge of Occupational Therapy theory and practice.Established effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Established understanding of person-centred care.Established commitment to the principles of continuous quality improvement.Established skills in organisation, planning and priority setting.Established leadership skills within a multidisciplinary team.Ability to educate and support a team of occupational therapists to achieve evidence-based outcomes which align with national standards and clinical guidelines.
