About the Role
:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and managing business opportunities. Leveraging cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights, you’ll create persuasive presentations and proposals that showcase the impact of our products and solutions on our customers’ businesses. Your negotiation skills will be put to the test as you close deals and contribute to our sales pipeline. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to executing our strategy and supporting customer success.

What You Will Do:
1. Undertake optimal territory planning to maximize business outcomes.
2. Leverage technology (CRM, Power BI) for data-driven decision-making in prospecting.
3. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
4. Create compelling presentations and proposals for customers.
5. Negotiate contracts and work closely with our Commercial Excellence team.
6. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and metrics tracking.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer opportunities.
The territory covers the Western Australia metropolitan area, with visits to public and private hospitals.
Who You Are:
Bringing your field sales experience, you will have at least 2 years expertise and experience in the medical or consumables industry and be comfortable navigating relationships throughout hospitals. You will also:
8. Have strong commercial acumen and attention to detail in managing contracts and tenders.
9. Possess a track record of sustainable and profitable sales delivery in the health and medical industry.
10. Excel in negotiation skills and IT proficiency (especially Microsoft Office and CRM systems).
11. Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
12. Demonstrate leadership qualities and a growth mindset that drive your success.
13. Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
14. Hold a current Driver’s License and have access to a car.
