1. Driving sales to achieve Plan and Key Metric Performance goals
2. Daily communication of sales goals and KPI’s and promotional activity to KCR team
3. Lead by Example with Superior Customer Service and hands-on demonstration of skincare products
4. Observe selling interactions and be able to provide effective feedback for improvement
5. Maintain, develop and oversee Customer Registry Program
6. Train and motivate KCR’s
7. Attend Seminars and Training Management Meetings
8. Active in Outreach programs to bring business into the store
9. Plan and execute incremental events to attract new customers
10. Demonstrate expert skincare product knowledge and application techniques
11. Support new customer acquisition through offering skincare consultation and a customised experience for each Kiehl’s customer
12. Maintaining the counter quality and merchandising
13. Master Kiehl’s product knowledge and current beauty/skincare trends
14. Work closely with the Assistant Boutique Manager and other Kiehl’s Customer Representatives to achieve set sales targets
ABOUT YOU
15. Management experience required
16. High school diploma or equivalent
17. Strong Communication Skills
18. Skincare experience preferred
19. Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays
20. Experience in retail with five-star customer service
21. A passion for providing a unique customer experience
22. A keen interest in skincare and beauty
23. Strong communication skills
