It provides training materials and hands-on instruction to students, ensuring real-world contemporary EHAT and CBRND threats are effectively simulated and mitigated. This enables collective and individual tactical team training for military operations, both overseas and domestically.Sub-Service CategoriesEHAT Planning (Levels 2–6): Planning and developing input for exercises or training activities to achieve designated EHAT training outcomes, including awareness of Electronic Counter Measures (ECM).EHAT Education (Technical Specialist): Delivering the instructional content component of EHAT training.CBRND Awareness Planning (Levels 1–6): Planning and developing input for exercises or training activities to achieve designated CBRND training outcomes, including ECM awareness.CBRND Awareness Education (Technical Specialist): Delivering the instructional content component of CBRND training, covering:Survivability in a CBRN threat environmentDetecting and reporting CBRN threatsCBRND Immediate Actions (IA) and Immediate Decontamination (ID) DrillsWorking ConditionsContractual: Engagements are on a contractual basis.Location: Australia-wide, across Defence bases including Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin, and Townsville.Travel: Requires travel across multiple Defence bases locally and interstate.What will make you successful in this role?Minimum QualificationsCurrent Baseline or Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Security Clearance (or higher)TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & AssessmentExperience working with the Australian Government or DefenceExcellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilitiesStrong problem-solving capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic and driven teamRole-Specific RequirementsEHAT Planning (Levels 2-6): Military Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) experience preferred.
