About the opportunity
As the full-time Administrator, you will be an integral part of the team, supporting the environmental consultants in Perth and other offices. You will work in a close-nit environment to ensure the consultants receive the necessary support to excel in their roles. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's mission of delivering exceptional environmental solutions.
Responsibilities include:
4. Working alongside and supporting the national team of consultants with all their administrative tasks
5. Maintaining an accurate service management software system and proactively informing consultants of any changes
6. Coordinate courier services and shipping of equipment between offices
7. Maintain electronic filing systems and organise documents
8. Coordinating purchase orders and processing invoices
9. Managing the centralised phone and email system
10. Support consultants with diary management
11. Ad-hoc administration duties as required
12. Agenda preparation and minute taking
13. Data entry with high level of accuracy
14. Office inventory management
About you
Your strong interpersonal skills and task-oriented mindset will be key to your success in this role. You are comfortable to communicate via Microsoft Teams and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Imagine yourself thriving in this role by utilising your proficiency in MS Office and your expertise in working with SharePoint. You enjoy variety and like organisation for yourself and others. While you're dedicated to your work, you also appreciate the importance of building relationships and getting along with your colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

20. Previous experience in a similar administrative role
