Job Description Support the Payroll Manager during the fortnightly pay period with general enquiries, termination calculations, correction calculations, and during payroll processing each fortnight to ensure accuracy. Support end-of-financial-year processes. Provide feedback on payroll system & HRIS best practice. Oversee system configurations. Support Big 4 consultancy with the extraction and interpretation of time & attendance data + data validation. Interpreting Awards and applying them to data under review. Liaising with current and former employees around remediation activities. Processing remediation payments. The Successful Applicant We are seeking experienced payroll candidates who have a solid grasp of BAU and compliance. Key competencies listed below:
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Strong skills in Excel will be an advantage.
