Aviation Security Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Wilson Security presents a unique opportunity to join our national aviation network by applying for the role of Aviation Security Manager. We are currently seeking an experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our aviation security contract at Whitsunday Coast Airport.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Day to day overall operational management of the aviation security services
* Overseeing security screening activities of passengers and baggage which includes conducting physical searches and identifying prohibited items
* Ensuring compliance with security procedures and regulatory requirements
* Providing a safe and exceptional customer driven experience for passengers and visitors.
* Communicating professionally and promptly in all customer interactions
* Undertaking reporting and analytics, supporting and driving continuous improvement
* Nurturing strong working relationships with all stakeholders, to ensure a smooth and accurate flow of information
TO SUBMIT A APPLICATION, YOU MUST HAVE:
* Extensive experience in an aviation security environment
* Experience in managing a team of staff
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Critical thinking and solution based approach
* The ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
* The ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
* The ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening test
* Full unlimited rights to work in Australia
