Required Experience and Qualifications: Construction industry trade qualification is highly desirable; Current Workplace Health & Safety General Safety Induction Card; Solid experience in building inspections, maintenance assessment, and asbestos management; Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and Codes of Practice; Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear recommendations and liaise with clients and subcontractors; Willingness to travel frequently across the Central Queensland region.
