Let's talk about the teamOur Digital Experience Platform (DXP) team partners with businesses to help them adapt and respond effectively to the challenges of a constantly changing world, this is done by delivering digital and marketing transformation solutions that help our clients create personalised experiences for every single customer. From leveraging data for insights and audiences, to content management, and delivering those experiences across every touchpoint.
Within our DXP team we are continually driving customer value, by leveraging the power of the customer experience digital platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud Platform and Optimizely Digital Experience Platform. Our focus areas are: Multi Cloud, Enterprise Integration and Deployment and Digital Agility.
About the Role:We're currently looking for a Braze Developer to join our rapidly expanding DXP practice.
Key dimensions of the role include:
Design, develop, and implement innovative mobile marketing campaigns using Braze Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to understand business objectives and translate them into effective Braze strategies Configure and optimize Braze campaigns to maximize user engagement and conversion rates Develop custom integrations between Braze and other systems, such as CRM, analytics, and data warehouses Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Braze campaigns and integrations Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns Design and deliver a program of communications including Marketing, Service and Compliance campaigns using MarTech platforms such as HCL Unica Ensure efficient and effective customer contact through campaign execution, including channel specific rules, key customer segmentation and standard inclusion and exclusion requirements Build data flows for single communications or orchestration of customer journeys Work closely with the Marketing and Execution Channel Teams to deliver end-to-end customer communications Be a key member of the Campaign Analytics team, supporting each other with peer reviews and knowledge sharing Use SQL coding to Query databases Understand the legal, regulatory and policy requirements for usage of customer data, including customer opt-outs, consents & preferences, and privacy considerations
What we're looking for in you:
Experience with Braze Experience with other marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) Knowledge of mobile app development (iOS and Android) Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Experience in executing Marketing and Compliance Campaigns Ability to effectively manage and communicate to all stakeholders (technical and non-technical) Some knowledge of tools and techniques for analysis, data manipulation and presentation (e.g. SQL, Excel) Some understanding of Data warehousing or databases (e.g. Teradata, Oracle) Analytical and inquisitive mindset to continuously uncover campaign optimization opportunities Strong ability to translate data insights into practical business recommendations Problem-solving capabilities.
