We're seeking an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join our dynamic team at Clarendon Homes.
About the Role
As our L&D Advisor, you'll play a key role in shaping our learning culture by:
Designing and facilitating engaging learning programs, workshops, and onboarding experiences.
Managing external facilitators and vendors to deliver high-quality training.
Overseeing our learning management system (Go1) and curating learning streams.
Evaluating training effectiveness and providing insights for continuous improvement.
Contributing to key HR initiatives, including talent development and leadership training.
What You Bring
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Learning & Development role.
Knowledge: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, understanding of adult learning principles.
Tech Skills: Experience with learning management systems (Go1 preferred).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Bonus: Familiarity with Coaching, DiSC, Hogan, or Prevue assessments.
