Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR & Recruitment Officer to manage key HR functions and admin, recruitment and rostering to help our team support clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
* General HR duties, administration and employee relations
* Recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding for support workers
* Rostering and roster management/monitoring adherence
* Manage employee records and documentation ensuring compliance for audits
* Develop and improve HR policies and procedures
* Manage correspondence and enquiries via phone and email
* General office admin, data entry, formatting and sending agreements
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR, admin, recruitment, rostering and/or office operations
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, are a must
* Experience within NDIS, disability or aged care highly regarded (but not needed to apply)
* Strong organisational, prioritisation and multitasking skills
* High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous setting
* Proficient understanding of software including: MS Office, Google suite, Adobe (PDF)
