(+ applicable allowances/benefits) (HP5).4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading and 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.Operationally manage the "Medical Team" of Senior Pharmacists, Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants, including a formal role in performance appraisal and management of reporting staff.Provide independent, high-level, generalist clinical pharmacy services of a complex and critical nature with significant scope, including authoritative counsel as a recognised consultant within the HHS, and where appropriate the state.Deliver active strategic leadership in the development and maintenance of service-wide activities, including the development of pharmacy services utilising review and improvement activities through collaboration.Participate and where appropriate lead in planning activities within the pharmacy department and clinical areas of responsibility and act as a role model and advocate for the service.Role requirements Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree from a recognised tertiary institution (or equivalent).Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Why Choose Us?
