About the Opportunity
Serve as a key member of our kitchen team, delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our customers.
We seek passionate chefs who possess or are pursuing recognised culinary training and/or have relevant experience in a reputable restaurant. A focus on food quality and presentation is essential.
This position involves weekend and evening shifts, with a roster designed to accommodate peak demands.
What you'll need to be successful
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar position
* Food safety certification
* Experience in banquets or a la carte venues is an advantage
* A passion for Victorian produce and seasonal menus
* The ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team
* A desire to develop among a driven & professional team
* The ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster
