About the Role
As an AO3 Support Officer, your mission is to provide exceptional administrative and operational support, keeping our team's engine running at peak performance. In the role of Support Officer, you will have excellent organisational skills and provide high-level administrative support services across Enterprise Technology Services.

The Support Officer role will work across multiple teams providing support and will suit someone who is looking for a role where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Provide administrative support, participate in the yearly stocktake, as well as undertake financial and procurement activities
* Assist staff with human resources queries and tasks including recruitment and introduction of staff, undertaking leave auditing and reconciliations, and maintaining training and capability registers.
* Representing ETS to respond to general enquires from clients seeking assistance or redirect such enquires to the appropriate locations or officers.
