Your time will be split between fieldwork and office-based tasks, ensuring asset data remains current and accurate while overseeing facilities maintenance activities.Responsibilities, whilst not limited to, will include :Conduct stock condition surveys and post-maintenance inspections.Maintain up-to-date asset data to support strategic decision-making.Assist in budget forecasting and planned maintenance scheduling.Perform site safety assessments to ensure compliance and risk management.Manage a cyclical maintenance calendar to ensure compliant asset upkeep.Liaise with external contractors and issue work orders.A garaged-at-home pool vehicle will be provided for work-related travel between sites.What you can bring to the team :You are a reliable, hardworking, and motivated professional with a positive, can-do attitude.
