Ayme Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Lead to join a respected Not-for-Profit organisation in the Ipswich Region on a permanent full-time basis (hybrid work options available). This role is ideal for a strategic and creative professional who can balance operational responsibilities with leadership, actively driving both day-to-day activities and long-term initiatives that strengthen community engagement and enhance the organisation's impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership: Play a hands-on role in daily operations, collaborating across teams to ensure effective execution of marketing and communication activities.
2. Strategic Development & Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications plans aligned with organisational goals.
3. Creative Content Creation & Management: Oversee and contribute to content creation across digital and traditional platforms, crafting engaging and purposeful messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
4. Digital Presence & Brand Oversight: Manage the organisation’s website and social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence.
5. Media Relations & Community Outreach: Lead PR, media relations, and community engagement efforts to build awareness and trust.
6. Internal Communications: Facilitate clear and engaging internal communications to keep the team informed and connected.
7. Data-Driven Improvements: Utilise technology to streamline processes, automate data collection, and generate insights through dashboards and reports to drive informed, strategic decision-making.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience in a similar role, ideally with NFP organisation with exposure to community fundraising. Either you will have leadership experience or be ready to step into a leadership role with strong operational and hands-on skills.
2. Proficiency with essential marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Canva, ORTTO, Funraisin, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce.
3. A balance of creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to shape impactful content and align it with broader organisational goals.
4. Tech-savvy, data-driven approach to process improvements, including automation, data collection, and reporting to inform and enhance decision-making.
