Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Position
We are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to lead a team of electrical trades and oversee the electrical maintenance programs across our designated region.
About the Contract
Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company operating across Australia and New Zealand. Our clients own and operate assets critical to local communities. We have been awarded a new water contract to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with electrical, mechanical, and instrumental services across the Seqwater network.
About the Role
The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of electricians, overseeing day-to-day activities, performing administrative tasks, providing coaching and support, and reporting activities related to works planned, completed, risks, and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with Planners to schedule resources, plant, equipment, travel, and materials to execute the Maintenance Plan.
* Oversee day-to-day activities of work crews.
* Perform administrative tasks - timesheets, scoping documents, safety processes, completion documentation, etc.
* Providing coaching and support to crews.
* Reporting activities relating to works planned, completed, risks, and issues, with a focus on ongoing improvement of processes to support delivery.
About You
* Experience managing skilled Electricians across a diverse range of infrastructure assets.
* Experience on a large asset maintenance contract (advantageous).
* Experience in computerized maintenance management systems such as Mainpac & Maximo.
* C Class license & White Card (mandatory).
* Hold an Electrical Trade certificate (mandatory).
* Hold a current QLD Electrical license (mandatory).
* Hold LVR CPR valid until May 2025.
* Hold a Certificate IV or III in Electrical Instrumentation (advantageous).
* Frontline Leadership certificate (advantageous).
* HV Switching, Confined Space & Elevated Work Platform (EWP) (advantageous).

Location
The position can be based in either Brisbane, Gold Coast, or Sunshine Coast regions.
Estimated Salary Range
$100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
