The Opportunity: Komatsu Forklifts is after an Operations Manager on a permanent full-time basis to look after our Victorian State. This role will manage and lead a team of 16 employees with 14 being direct reports composing of Field Service / Workshop Technicians, Parts Administrators, Service Coordinators and Sales Reps. The team is well established and was great team morale that has been built upon over the past few years. Some of the key responsibilities: Management and delegation of day-to-day duties for each team member with regular check-ins and performance reviews Monitoring and ensuring that the team is as efficient as possible whilst providing the best possible customer experience Providing quotation to customers in addition to building and presenting business proposals.
