Job Description
Responsibilities:
o Manage monthly BAS, payroll tax, and FBT submissions
o Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and general journal entries
o Process fortnightly payroll and assist with payroll tax provisions
o Handle daily sales, cash flow, and bank reconciliations
o Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting
o Support external auditors with work papers
o Ensure accurate financial records and compliance
o Assist with ad hoc financial duties as needed
The Successful Applicant
o 4+ years of accounting experience, with payroll experience for a workforce of 50+ people
o Strong financial accounting knowledge and attention to detail
o Proficiency in MYOB and MS Office, including advanced Excel skills
o Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
o A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
