Business Analyst - Innovation Team
About the Role:
Now is an exciting time to join Stockland due to internal movement, and we are looking to grow our innovation team. This diverse role will allow you to work across a variety of initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders and SMEs by monitoring, analysing, and reporting for the successful execution of a wide range of projects, Business Improvement initiatives, and other strategic programs.
This role is based from our Sydney Head office and offers the flexibility to balance working from the office and home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support strategic projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with Stockland's priorities.
* Provide analytical support and market insights to enhance internal team project development.
* Collaboratively develop projects through structured frameworks.
* Organise cross-functional sessions to boost creativity and assist in problem-solving.
* Ensure project plans are resourced effectively and achieve strategic objectives.
* Set and track performance metrics to evaluate project success and impact.
* Identify and mitigate risks to sustain project momentum and success.
* Maintain best practices in project management to ensure high performance.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and responsibilities as required by WH&S legislation.
About You:
* You are a proactive and energetic Business Analyst with experience in business process analysis, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

* In summary, you will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
* Experience in a similar role, with a focus on business improvement, innovation management, change management, or organisational development.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Strong document management and administration skills.
* Knowledge of innovation methodologies, tools, and best practices, such as design thinking or agile methodologies, would be beneficial.
* Degree qualified in a related field, such as Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Business Management, Change, or Marketing, will be viewed favourably.
* Certifications in Change Management or related fields can be beneficial.
* Collaborative, action-oriented style.
