We are seeking a qualified Oral Health Therapist who wishes to continue expanding their personal and professional development, who excels in communication skills and can relate to patients of all ages.Our Practice offers a wide range of services to our large and loyal patient-base. Our Principal Dentist and owner, Dr Isabel Holmes, practices modern preventive Dentistry with a gentle and caring approach, and she is supported by her associates who share the same philosophy of care.You will be amongst other Professionals who share the role of prevention and education within our Practice.For our Oral Health Team, our Practice offers what many don't:a dedicated chairside assistant ( ‘oral health coordinator’) who assists you during your appointments;a highly trained support teamappointments structured to allow you to exercise your full scope, work at a comfortable pace and spend the time getting to know and educate your patients;a team-based approach to oral hygiene between the dentists and OHTs/Hygienists for an ultimate patient experience;well planned appointment books that provide variety each day;ongoing professional training, coaching and mentoring as required;modern equipment (including EMS Airflow, in-chair whitening, Clear Aligners, 3D scanners, 3D printing);dentists who appreciate the dedication and benefits your position offers;excellent hours - full time over 4 days;attractive remuneration commensurate of your skills, experience and performance;potential relocation allowance (details on application).Ideally, we’re looking for an experienced OHT who can manage a full schedule each day in an organised and caring manner, attending to patients of all ages and making oral health education a top priority. Bonus points if you have experience in clear aligners and implant maintenance.The position is full-time over 4 days, however we are open to considering part-time hours as well.
