* Experience working for an HVAC, Plumbing supply company or with a mechanical outfit
* Monitor branch employee hours and control overtime
* Conduct performance appraisals on branch staff and assist in setting job goals.
* Manage resources and expense budget for branch
* Excellent communication and computer skills required
* Supervise staff of 20 plus, including the warehouse manager, inside sales
