We are excited to offer the role of Quality Manager.
Lead, coach and develop a small team, responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to consumer complaints and quality queries. This exciting leadership role works closely with our Product Safety team to identify key issues and concerns, and then working with our manufacturing teams and contract manufacturing partners to continuously strive to achieve the highest level of product quality.
This role is based onsite at our head office and packaging facility in Warriewood, Sydney.

Responsibilities include:
7. Create a team culture of continuous improvement and agile approach to change
8. Liaise with manufacturers as part of issue investigations
9. Coach and mentor a team of two, creating a high-performing environment
10. Promote standardisation across brands and markets
11. Ensure the effective processing of customer complaints and quality queries
12. Lead the team responsible for receiving, investigating, and responding to consumer quality complaints and technical / quality queries.
13. Generate and distribute routine complaint reports as well as issue reports to key stakeholders as require.
14. Ensure the effective processing of Customer Complaints and quality queries to agreed SLAs.
15. To oversee the unauthorised product assessment process.
Who are you?
16. A hands-on, collaborative Quality leader who develops strong stakeholder relationships
17. Previous experience leading a small team, who strives to create a positive team culture
18. Previous experience within a highly regulated GMP environment and using a Quality Management System
