Overview of the RoleThe Customer Vendor Replenishment Planner will be responsible for ensuring that orders and replenishment are supplied in full in line with targets. This will require strong analytical and reporting skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Ensure that orders and replenishment are supplied in full in line with targets.Complete daily ordering requirements as per Coles' system demand, in line with Mars' truck utilisation and pallet configuration agreements.Work closely with logistics teams to complete time-sensitive daily operational reports each morning.Key Performance IndicatorsSuccess will be measured by:Meeting or exceeding targets for order and replenishment supply.Reducing stock levels and improving warehouse turns.Minimising waste and optimising DC ranging where appropriate.RequirementsStrong customer focus and ability to balance business needs for both Mars and Coles.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft systems and experience in Enterprise Planning software.Experience in Supply Chain/customer order management; FMCG experience preferred.What We OfferA genuine career progression with a focus on you and your career goals.Best-in-class learning and development support from day one.Global health and wellbeing program to support flexibility and work-life balance.
