Following recent growth and expansion of our clinic network, we are currently seeking an experienced State Manager to lead our Connect Hearing clinics in NSW South and the ACT. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Operations and part of the Sales & Operations Leadership team, in this role you will be responsible for 13 clinics plus visiting sites with a team of approximately 40-50 direct and indirect reports.
What you will you be doing:
Client Care
1. Create an environment that enables teams to focus on providing superior client care at all times
2. Deliver highest levels of customer service to achieve NPS targets
Sales
3. Meet or exceed the state budgets
4. Leverage all sales and service opportunities to meet sales growth, customer growth, and OPEX objectives
Business Operations
5. Ensure diary capacity is managed, via optimal rostering & appointment management
6. Lead and manage the team to optimise the productivity of all clinics
7. Collaborate with marketing to initiate and execute local area marketing (LAM)
8. Work closely with the local leadership team to ensure that all operational functions and clinical services are executed optimally
People Leadership
9. Proactively lead, motivate and develop the local leadership team and their clinic teams to drive retention and strengthen clinic capability to ensure KPI’s and other requirements are being met
10. Identify and attract talented employees to meet current and future business needs
11. Partner with HR to address performance issues and escalated employee relations
12. Proactively lead and motivate your team and the clinic teams during times of change
What you need to be successful in this role:
13. Proven track-record in a similar role
14. Retail experience and/or medical device and regulation experience
15. Extensive experience in a multisite environment
16. Demonstrated experience leading and developing a geographically dispersed team
17. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at all seniority levels
18. Ability to travel on a regular basis
19. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, economics/BA or other related field highly regarded
