Let's create a more sociable future together At Endeavour, we're totally into what we do.With a portfolio that includes Dan Murphy's, BWS, ALH Hotels, Pinnacle Drinks and more, we love to bring people together.Together we share our passion for our products and industry; it's what inspires us to dream big, and continue to create new experiences for our customers and teams across Australia.If you thrive on positive energy, we want to meet you!Job DescriptionAs the Transport Manager, you will manage Endeavour Group's last mile delivery, sortation centres and transport requests in Victoria.Leading a team of up to 10, you'll also be responsible for safety standards, chain of responsibility and RSA compliance for the Group's fulfilment and delivery operations in the state.Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:Lead and grow the relationship across our driver fleet and warehouse team.Understand performance against the daily and weekly scorecard and drive action to improve or update on operational performance.Be proactive and own investigations and develop action plans to improve DIFOT.Be the go-to person for all day to day operations, sortation, warehouse teams.Manage the delivery and financial targets for the transport and warehouse operations.Be responsible for safety standards, chain of responsibility (CoR) and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) compliance for Endeavour's Fulfilment and Delivery Operations.Maintain the business in safety, compliance and ethical resourcing for the last mile fleets.Support supply chain strategic initiatives by providing insight and recommendations based on compliance and regulatory requirements.QualificationsNow let's talk about you:3+ years of team leadership and management experience in store fulfilment, logistics, or supply chain management, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence.Strong understanding of compliance and workplace safety requirements; knowledge of RSA compliance for alcohol delivery would be advantageous.Proficient with delivery driver lifecycle management.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across the organisation.Demonstrated financial acumen, with experience managing P&L responsibilities.Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse operational team.The benefits are good too!
