Key Accountabilities: Manage the construction process from start to finish including implementing project programs, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management Implement and manage workplace health and safety while promoting a strong safety culture Weekly programming/scheduling of project performance Quality control and management Facilitate regular subcontract coordination meetings Deliver daily pre-start meetings and toolboxes Provide leadership and support to onsite team About You Previous experience in a similar role managing built form projects from $5m - $20m Understanding of building methodologies and legislation, building codes and maintaining compliance with safety legislation Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills Trade based background Supervisors Registration (SA) Current Driver's License Working With Children Check & National Police Clearance Benefits We offer a rewarding long-term career, opportunities to develop, and a culture that values your contribution.
